Introduction
This policy describes how the sales page for the e-book Pregnancy in Functional and Integrative Medicine handles personal data, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). It applies to everyone who visits this page.
The purchase takes place on Kiwify
This page has no sign-up or payment form. When you click to buy, you are taken to Kiwify's checkout, which collects the purchase data and processes the payment on its own platform, under its own privacy policy. This site does not receive or store card data.
Data we collect
- Page usage data from the Meta Pixel: pages visited and where the visit came from, unless you decline cookies.
- Cookie-free visit counting (Vercel Web Analytics): page, where the visit came from, approximate location, browser and device type, only as aggregate numbers that do not identify who visited.
- Preferences: your cookie choice, stored in your browser.
- Purchase data (name, email and what is needed for payment), received from Kiwify to deliver the e-book and handle support requests.
How we use it
- To deliver access to the e-book after payment is confirmed.
- To handle support requests you make.
- To count visits to the page and, unless you decline cookies, measure where they come from.
Sharing
- Kiwify, to process the payment and deliver the e-book.
- Meta (Pixel), to measure where visits come from. The Pixel loads when the page opens and stops sending data when you click Decline in the cookie notice; declining also applies to later visits in the same browser.
- Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, under contract and with restricted access.
- Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time, by email to contato@basefuncional.com. Records required by tax obligations may be kept for the legal period.
Cookies
The page uses your browser's local storage to remember your choice. The Meta Pixel loads when the page opens and sets its own cookies; when you click Decline, it stops sending data and those cookies are deleted, without affecting your use of the page or your purchase. Vercel's visit counting does not use cookies.
